Fia's Pizzeria Founders

Welcome to Fia’s Pizzeria!

When Houstonians Ryan and Josie Granger opened Fia’s Pizzeria (named after their daughter, Sofia), they had no idea it would become a Houston Museum District favorite!

Having lived 5 blocks away from the restaurant, the Grangers spent a lot of our free time hanging out in Hermann park, exploring the Houston Zoo, visiting Museums, and dreaming up of a place where families could come enjoy a meal together. Pizza has always been Fia’s favorite food, so obviously, they decided on a pizzeria concept!

Fia’s Pizzeria wanted to bring people together locally, as well as tourists who are getting to know the Houston Museum District, and is proud to maintain a strong commitment to the community by creating fun and healthy eating options and sourcing sustainably. Sofia was involved every step of the way building this from a dream to reality, even traveling to Italy to sample pizzas and pastas, picking out ingredients for the pizzas, and perfecting how to stretch our hand-made dough.

So why has Fia’s Pizzeria become a Houston Museum District favorite? Because of their limitless toppings and healthy baked Buffalo Wings, to name a few reasons! Fia’s also offers huge hoagie sandwiches, popular pastas, large patio and a wide selection of local beers and wines for sale for on or off-premise consumption. Literally something for everyone in the family!

Fia’s Pizzeria has served all of the residents, guests, and visitors to the Houston Museum District and surrounding areas since 2019 and is the third restaurant concept from HTX Restaurant & Catering Group, which also includes Bodegas Taco Shop and Park Grill.
